These terms cover your use of Pely. In short: don't use short links to harm people, and we'll do our best to keep your links fast and available.
Using Pely
- You're responsible for the links you create and for keeping your account and API keys secure.
- Anonymous links made on the home page expire after 7 days. Create an account to keep them.
- Each plan has monthly limits on new links and tracked clicks. Past a limit, existing links keep redirecting, but new clicks aren't recorded until the next month or until you upgrade.
What's not allowed
- Phishing, malware, scams or deceptive redirects.
- Spam, or links used to evade another service's filters.
- Content that is illegal, or that exploits or harasses people.
- Attempts to overload, probe or circumvent the service, its rate limits or its security checks.
We may disable links or suspend accounts that break these rules, usually after reviewing a report, and sometimes immediately when people are at risk.
Paid plans
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel from billing settings at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Availability
We work hard to keep redirects fast and reliable, but Pely is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses caused by downtime or by links you share.
Changes
We'll post updates to these terms on this page and tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect.
